Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 30 days or more before the booking date — 100% refund.
- 7 to 29 days before the booking date — 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the booking date — no refund.
- No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15th December to 15th January.
- Refunds are issued within 15 days via bank transfer or the original payment method.
- International customers cover their own banking fees.
- A 5% administrative charge applies to all refunds.
